MA and Graduate Diploma in Conflict Analysis and Management

This two-year blended Master of Arts degree focuses on developing students’ knowledge of how to analyze and design interventions for addressing inter- and intra-group conflicts in organizational contexts. Our focus on organizational conflict distinguishes our program from other university offerings – there are no other universities with this focus in Canada. Our one-year Graduate Diploma is designed to allow students to complete a second year of studies at a later time and earn the Master of Arts in Conflict Analysis and Management degree.
